My favorite Tailgate Food is Valley Forge Baked Oatmeal! We are lucky to have the recipe here at the wikispace to share with all of you...
Valley Forge Baked Oatmeal
3/4 c. sugar
1/2c. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
2 1/2 c. quick oatmeal

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs, Beat, Stir in salt, baking powder and oatmeal. Add milk. Pour into greased casserole (2 quart) dish. Sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon. Bake, uncovered at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.

Nuts, raisins or other dried fruit taste great in this dish. Even delicious the next morning reheated and brought in a picnic basket on your next trip to the Jersey Shore. Close it off with a steak wit whiz and you can call yourself locked up.
-biscuits

we are still working on that class motto. I only have three. I think the class motto thing will be our next poll so I would like one more suggestion.

The discussion page can be used for any all class messages, club meetings, study groups, social gatherings, etc. Wikispaces are very easy to use, any questions

The Google calendar is RIDICULOUS! Everyone should learn how to use online planners because they can be extremely helpful. You can access Google Calendar using your G-Mail account and sync this calendar to your iPod (touch and above), iPhone, blackberry, or whatever other piece of "heathen" technology you can possibly fathom. Don't worry, robots aren't going to take over the world anytime soon so it's okay to entrust Google with your schedule. I could use someone to proofread the calender to make sure I ain't messing up all the classes, 'cause that would be bad. These things are really easy to use but if you need a how-to guide, you can check it out here. The guide is courtesy of UTCOM 2012 and includes step-by-step instructions on how to read a calender, because I guess they skipped that in third grade. -email ken if you have any issues.
