K. Dougie,
This might be postable. It is a little Endo-/Exotoxin difference chart that can answer most of the independant study questions. I found it on access medicine. Anyway it is small and concise, but may/may not be useful.

don't gots anything else. ive been told that some disease and virus flow charts will be coming. I will believe it when I see it.

I timed myself and spent one hour on each of these trying to do a differential style-approach to review the materials. Jay distracted me by the time I got to Meningitis and some of the mega materials didn't get completely finished yet. Hopefully I'll be able to get to these at some point. I'll update them when it happens.
